Listing & Acceptable Use Policy
What may and may not be listed or posted on CARZOO, and how moderation works.

Allowed
Road-legal cars, motorcycles and light commercial vehicles you own or are authorised to sell, described honestly with real photos.
Not allowed
Stolen or disputed vehicles, cars without ownership papers, odometer tampering, hidden salvage history, fake prices to attract calls, duplicate listings, adult or political content, and contact details in photos.
Communication
No spam, no bulk messaging, no harassment and no sharing of another user's contact details.
Moderation and appeals
Listings are reviewed before publication and can be re-reviewed at any time. If a listing is rejected you receive the reason and can correct and resubmit it, or open an appeal.
Enforcement
Depending on severity we may warn, unpublish, restrict features, or suspend the account. Every decision is recorded in an audit log.
