Dealer & Showroom Agreement
Extra terms for verified showrooms: documents, packages, staff accounts and service levels.

Eligibility
A licensed business in Iraq with a physical premises and a valid trade licence.
Documents
Owner ID, trade licence, premises proof and tax registration are required. Insurance is optional. Expired documents must be replaced within 30 days.
Packages
Listing quotas, boosts and featured placement are defined by the active package. Downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period.
Staff accounts
You are responsible for the actions of every staff account under your showroom, including listing content and buyer communication.
Service standards
Respond to buyer requests within two business days, keep sold cars marked as sold, and keep prices current. Repeated failures affect ranking and verification status.
Termination
Either side may end the relationship with notice. Verification can be withdrawn immediately if documents prove invalid.
