1. About these terms

CARZOO is an online marketplace that connects car buyers, private sellers and licensed showrooms in Iraq. By creating an account or using the site you accept these terms.

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate details. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

Accounts may be suspended if we detect fraud, impersonation, repeated policy breaches or attempts to bypass our verification process.

3. Listings

Sellers must own the vehicle or be authorised to sell it, must describe it accurately, and must publish a real asking price. Duplicate, misleading, sold or stock-photo-only listings may be removed.

Listings pass through moderation. We may reject, edit or unpublish a listing that breaches these terms or Iraqi law.

4. Dealership verification

Showrooms and dealerships submit identity, trade licence, premises and tax documents. Verification badges reflect the documents we received at the time of review and are not a guarantee of any transaction.

5. CARZOO is not a party to your sale

We do not own, inspect by default, escrow, finance or guarantee any vehicle. Contracts are between buyer and seller. Always inspect the car and verify ownership papers before paying.

6. Fees and packages

Some seller and showroom features are paid. Prices, inclusions and durations are shown before purchase. Unused promotional placements are not refundable once a listing has been boosted.

7. Prohibited use

No scraping, automated bulk contact, reselling of contact data, malware, or attempts to interfere with our systems or the security of other users.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Iraqi law, CARZOO is not liable for indirect losses arising from a transaction, a listing's accuracy, or a third-party inspection.

9. Governing law and contact
